With approximately 60 easy shore dive locations, Curaçao is considered by many as a super attractive dive paradise. Waterside Apartments is situated at Snake Bay. This name refers to the large number of morays and snakes who are hiding in their holes/caves. From the beach in front of the door, you have immediate access to this paradise. Ideal for the daily last night dive. At the coast-line you find superb coral reefs. A look over the shallow reef is already an unforgettable sight, with brain coral and crust anemones. Enjoy the sea horses, turtles and from time to time the visit of dolphins. The drop-off is nearby and opens one of Curacaos largest, most impressive curiosities. We rarely have strong current, so you can discover easily the complete area. Divers never finish talking about the breathtaking flora and fauna along the sheer walls. Fantastic coral reefs with over 500 types of fish in the most beautiful exotic colours, in azure blue and clear water with an average temperature of 28 °C.

Two times a year, in September and October, during the first 10 days after full moon, you can witness the spectacle of the coral spawning. The coral discharges it’s eggs, what looks like an immense underwater snowstorm.  Divers from all over the world come to experience this wonderful phenomenon. To share this with  you, we offer you the possibility of renting dive material, gear, bottles, etc...

Waterside Apartments has a wet area with a shower and a rinsing tub, to rinse and dry your gear.
